We do our best to provide effective advertising services and estimates, but we can’t guarantee specific results or outcomes. As results tend to vary on many depending factors, some being on geographical area and trade.

If we advertise a product or service for you (for example, a plumbing business) and a customer makes a claim about that service (like a leak or poor workmanship), that claim is your responsibility.

We’re not responsible for any loss of profits, sales, reputation, or other damages that may result from our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our work will never be more than the amount we profit after google ad spend.

You agree not to hold us responsible for any problems caused by materials, content, or information you provide.
2. Services
We offer advertising, marketing, design, and promotional services as agreed in your quote or proposal.
3. Payments

Payments must be made on time, as stated in your invoice or agreement.

Late or missed payments may result in your campaign being paused until payment is received. If the advertising campaign is paused, the performance may take time to re-adjust to its previous performance.

A deposit may be required before work begins, and the remaining balance is due within the agreed payment terms.

Continued delays in payment may lead to additional fees or termination of services.
4. Client Responsibilities
You’re responsible for providing accurate and lawful information, content, and approvals needed to complete the work.
5. Ownership and Use
All creative work, advertising-related data, and the advertising campaign remain in our property, unless specifically stated that the work's ownership is transferred. We may use completed work for our portfolio or marketing.
6. Cancellations
If you cancel a project, you’ll need to pay for all work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained during the course of the project.
8. Changes
These are the current terms and conditions may change over time. Notification may not be issued unless to do with payment amount
